Homeowners who meet the following qualifications are eligible to apply

1. Age 60 or older or have a documented disability

2. Own and live in the home in need of repair

3. You live in the City of Reading or Berks County

4. Your total household income was at or below 150% of the current FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINES for the previous 12 months
